Feeling really dum?

i am feeling really stupid cause i basically runined my life i screwed up my sophmore year and now i am in a mess. i will be graduating next year and i have a low gpa and i dont know what college will accepte me at this stage.... is there any way i could know what college will accepte me and ill prob. look through it if i rather like it or not cause i am really tired of looking around for colleges. :( i dont know rather to give out my gpa but its like a c average
