Mascara and eyeliner help?

our school isnet allowed makeup but everyone wears it anyway. but if you have it on noticably you get made to take it off. I only wear i tiny bit of mascara but by the end of the day it has worn away and looked weird. Is their anyway i can apply mascara and eyeliner subtly and make sure it stays ?
