How will i deal with my husband with suicidal attempts?

my husband is always threatening me if i will not go back in our country something will happen to him because im an immigrant here in us and he wants me to be with him he says that he cant llive without me,ive been here in us for a mth. now and he cant wait for me to work since i still dont have a work he wants me to go back or else something wil happen.He can't wait for 3-5 years for him and or son to go here if i petitioned them..I think he's facing depression since i left he loss weight since i left and he does'nt have a permanent decision. what shall i do?will i go back to our country for him? or stay here in us for a brighter future with him and our son. if i go home he promise to take care of everything because he's a military and he will work for us and told me i dont need to work he will just work for us.. what will i do?
