Are you experiencing any numbness or tingling with it? Sometimes women get sciatica, or pressure on the nerve feeding your legs during pregnancy. This is often treated with Ibuprofen in people who aren't pregnant. I would talk to your midwife about it to see what you can do to relieve the pain.
