Why are the people who run my school so off?

okay, so today at school, there was a food drive. we could bring in cans of beans, cans of tuna, cans of veggies, cans of anything really. so i pretty much brought a whole backpack pull of canned goods because my parents had a TON in the basement n insisted that i bring some of them to the school. so neways, as im dropping off the goods into the food drive bin, i drop two of the cans of beans onto the floor. one of the cans cracked open n the beans spilled everywhere, n there happened to be a janitor nearby who cleaned it up right away. the other can was pretty dented from the fall n i didnt know what to do with it. the vice principal of the school was nearby talking to a teacher, so i went over to him n asked him if i should give them the can or if it was too damaged. he took it out of my hands, examined it, then told me he was hungry n took the can to his office. i was really confused n walked away back over to the food drive bin to put in the rest of my cans. as i was putting them in the bin, i looked up n thru the office window saw the vice principal and principal of my school eating the dented can of beans. they both each had a spoon n were shamelessly n gluttonously scooping out spoonfuls of beans while laughing hysterically. i was really confused, n honestly felt a little sick by it. on the car ride home, i thought about telling my mom what happened, then thought it was too weird of a story to tell her n kept my mouth shut. what the ****?
