Abduction Or Dream???????????????????????

This is weird ohkay I was sleeping and my sister came knocking at my door to come and clean poop. I didn't want to go but I did after she annoyed me for several seconds. I went to clean the poop ( I have puppies) and then went back to sleep the weird thing is that I'm not sure if it was a dream. I'm not going to say it felt soo real but what I will say is that I felt and saw everything as I would when I'm awake. Well ohkay this is exactly what I felt and saw. I was being lifted my eyes twitched a little I was in fear and saying in my mind why am I being lifted scared I knew what was doing it but what I didn't like is that they come as a suprise instead of just telling me, well I told God to tell them to not take me since I was soo scared at this moment I couldn't do anything about it because well I couldn't move as I was being lifted I was like what's happening. After that I remember laying somewhere maybe a Bed? And saw just one extraterrestrial being I know of them I have heard of them I know the types of extraterrestrial beings that might exist I have always asked them to come and bring me to their homeland or to explore the universe but it didn't happen. One time I was outside laying down at night and saw these 3 lights blurry and dark by the way I'm pretty sure it was triangular, I told it to come to me but I was afraid soo I didn't think a word I had this weird feeling it was serious with me it looked like it was floating and after 5 seconds it flew sooooo fast and disappeared it didn't even go a mile away before it disappeared. Ohkay now back to my experience the being was skinny I saw his face big eyes and light skinned not gray but very light everything was blury and soo light. I was sure the being was confused as it was trying to figure out who I am he seemed like he was in fear but he brought me soo he shouldn't be, well he was examining me and I was soo angry because I don't want anything touching my insides. After he noticed I was fully awake. . . I don't know what he did but I know it was a he I felt it, he just like starred at my eyes I wasn't scared of him but he looked confused as if he couldn't read my eyes and saying who are you really . Well after that I was back in my bed but the weird thing is that I was struggling and was paralyzed I kept shaking as if I was remembering everything that happened to me like being lifted in the air and seeing the beings face again and my sister came pounding at my door saying my name and telling me to wake up and go help her clean poop. . . Now I'm soo angry saying in my mind this ****** is bothering me a lot I opened my door no one was there soo I went to her room and asked her what she wanted she said she was sleeping I told her what happen she was like mhm and fell back asleep. . . Well what can this mean ? I'm not obsessed with extraterrestrial beings but I've read about them its my birthday today and I don't know why they bothered to come to me I'm pretty sure they gave me something. Oh and I don't want Therapists or whatever I don't want pills neither I sleep well and I don't have problems I'm healthy and I don't take any sorts of pills XD but I want you to tell me what this is.
