it is so hard to tell and to worry about it only makes it worse. my husband and i were trying to fall pregnant for over a year and i often had the same symptoms that you have described. it is probably best to have a test done. but i would say to be absolutely certain is to have a blood test done. then you will know for sure. good luck!
