Do s want to be respected like heterouals?

I agree, there could be better ways to have a gay pride parade then dressing and dancing the way they do. It makes me feel like gays and s are being seen as symbols and that's something we want to avoid. The LGBT community should try to be respected and attempt to gain equal rights. But I think what they're doing here is saying "we're proud, we're gay, we're going to have fun and live life" some outfits, I think, are too ual to be taken seriously. And heteros don't do this because they have rights to get married. They're not denied the right to get married or adopt children and they're not discriminated against. I don't think this type of parade is wrong, hell if you want to dance around in crazy outfits go ahead, but I think some of the outfits are too ual and aren't appropriate for "an equal rights march".
