Something is wrong with my 2006 scion xb?

is my battery dying the lights work but are dimmed the turn signals wont work the windows work but slowly and the interior lights come on but no music and also the car wont start it makes a clicking noise like its trying to... do i just need a jump or a new battery by the way this is a used car which i purchased 9 months ago
