Would an accountant other than give financial advice write a business plan on info that you give them?

I hope to start a driving school in the New Year and I have my market research done, however for the life of me I cannot seem to get it down on paper in a business plan format!!! I would like to think I'm somewhat articulate but everything gets jumbled up in my head when I go to write it!!! Any advice would be much appreciated!!
