I'm really feeling insecure with him?

I have been having a FWB relationship with this really great guy for over a year now. I fell for him pretty fast even though he was very upfront with me about the fact that he wasn't ready for a relationship. I have never felt this way about anyone and I have been married had three kids and divorced. I think this guy is pretty close to perfect for me. We still have the problem of the commitment thing. He is very afraid of all that, and says that he is not sure that he is willing to give up certain things in his life right now. He has a lot of female friends that he goes out to hang with. I do trust him when he says that they are friends, not that it makes a difference because we are not exclusive. Of course it tears me up to know he dates other women. He is very careful about talking to any women when I am around. I know that he does go to the movies and such with women and I have seen comments left by him on another womans myspace, and hers to him. Nothing major, just hello
